Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….
I have no art training.. it was something that started to manifest as I began to delve into some life altering experiences in 2003. Today, as I reflect back on the metamorphasis over the few short years since I first picked up a paint brush – I can’t help but believe that within us all is a messenger in search of a delivery system. The Painting I don’t consider myself a painter or a fine artist per-se. I guess I’m more of an illustrator. My path, it seems, is one of telling stories of my journey, the speedbumps, the ditches, the hilltops and briar patches through these images.
