Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

In Minnesota, where this bird lives, cormorants are often disliked, mostly based on erroneous assumptions and lack of data. They're powerful and effective hunters, able to skim over lakes, dive underwater and swim strongly in pursuit of fish. They can reduce the populations of species of fish desired by human anglers; however, their impact has been greatly exaggerated
I'm a photographer in Minneapolis, interested in many things. Sometimes I start with a plan, and sometimes something just catches my eye.
